Client Portal

Taylor's Pet Services clients all have access to our enhanced client portal. As clients you can view your invoices online, as welll as the following:

• Receipt Information. Your can view payment information
• Client Information. You can view client information and make changes to the information that we hold on your behalf.
• Pet Information. You can view and update the pet information that we hold on your behalf and you can create new pet records.
• Pet notepad. There is a client pet notepad. You have the ability to update the client pet notepad with extra details about your pet.
• Pet Pictures. You can upload pet pictures that can be seen in the pet record of the administrators interface.
• You can mark pets as “Past” meaning that you either no longer own the pet or the pet has passed away.
• View Scheduled Services. You can now view the services that we currently have scheduled in

If you have forgotten your account number or would like to find out your account number please email sam@taylorspetservices.com and Sam can email this to you. It should appear on your latest invoice or quote.
